I recently had a FLO charger installed in my underground condo parking stall by CBS Electrical. Service was amazing - from helpful and friendly correspondence re the quote, to efficient expert installation. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to get a EV charger installed!
Excellent service! My light fixtures were fixed properly and finally work the way they’re supposed to. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with care. It’s such a relief knowing everything was handled correctly. Highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work done right.
On 2 occasions CBS was hired I would not have been able to do the work alone. So I called the experts who could finish 2 simple jobs. 1. bathroom vanity light 2. Walk-in designers lightCBS were very knowledgeable and responded to my questions when I was uncertain of the right products to use. The timely matter it took for installation literally only cost me a truck fee for an hour....the workmanship was very minimalThanks again and Merry Christmas
Have utilized this contractor multiple times for home renovations, most recently for a kitchen upgrade on undercabinet lighting and a lighting/wiring upgrade for a bedroom renovation. They made appropriate lighting suggestions and worked with my carpenter to create custom lighting solutions to show case my kids teddy bear collection. They were over the moon!!! It's amazing the feel of my 1908 home with some simple lighting upgrades!!! A whole new space. Will be happy to have them come back for the rest of our home renovations.
Like pulling teeth to get them to follow through on the job requested and outlined in the permit and quote. Their "red seal" electrician complained the second i saw him for 15 minutes about being red seal but doing residential uhradess and the amount of cardboard he had to clean up. I still had to clean up plastic off the lawn after he was done. Then rushed through rest of job and tried getting out of a main part of the permit work. Was also going to not do the circuit schedule "you and your wife will have to flick the breakers to figure out what is where" on a 200 amp upgrade. Thankfully this was done by them in the end. Punched a hole in our bathroom wall without fixing to install a ceiling fan and timer. Wouldn't vent it though. Thats someone else's job. Would not recommend these guys at all. I don't understand how they are rated so highly. Give 2 stars since panel they put in at least is good and work in front ok. But other than that, wouldn't recommend.Edit: Cant believe the owner replied about the bathroom complaint. Day 1 dump: fine. Day 2 dump as your worker is about to take off after making excuses for not being able to install an outlet in the other bathroom without "punching holes all over the wall" and not finish the job as agreed upon (the electrical cords in the driveway) - not fine. You know what that was about.Adding pics. Ill let the reader judge the quality of your workmanship for themselves. Holes in wall punched by cbs. Also note how "discreetly" the front cabling is, tucked into the corner of the chimney facade as discussed. Not. And thanks for leaving so much space next to our garden faucet. But like you said there's no code against having a conduit right next to a water faucet. Guess that's just common sense. But not common for CBS electrical.
