The team was very competent and installed a couple ring cameras and a doorbell for our home. They were super patient with me while I set up my wifi after with moving into a new home. Couldn’t have asked for the outcome to turn out any better than it did. Highly recommend!
I needed fixing a problem reported in a home inspection report with electrical panel wiring potentially be a “safety Hazard”, mandatory to fix. I had already an electric company come out to include some other repairs. They could not see anything wrong with the panel. I wanted a 2nd opinion and presented several companies with the issue and wanted their experienced feedback to see if anything need to be done and what it was that needed to be done. Igor immediately responded with the question of he could see the details of the report including pictures. Not, we are coming out, we can provide an estimate, bla, bla. After a short while he contacted me to call him back. Great honest conversation: “there is nothing wrong with the panel, actually good professional job, inspector is the one who has poor understanding given the comments he provided” Just an honest assessment taken the time to review and inform me, because he wants to do better, maintain a high standard of service. A proud electrician. Great guy. To contrast that with another company that after seen the details, without further communication just send me a quote for $ 550 to potentially overhaul the panel and if I would be so kind to pay 50% upfront for a job that did not needed to be done.Thank you Igor!
