Joe did a phenomenal job. 11/10. Highly recommend him. He is approachable and professional????????
Needed an electrical box secured to the kitchen wall and moved about 6 inches to the left. Also wanted to add an additional outlet in the kitchen. When I called I asked about cost. I was informed the cost was $112 per hour + $30 truck fee.On the day of the appointment the electrician did some measuring for the additional outlet and secured the electrical box to the wall, however stated they would need to come back to finish it. The electrician also stated that they would need another electrician to help with the wiring of the new outlet and I would need to call and schedule another appointment for 2 electricians. I also asked if they could take a look at the range cables as they looked old and worn. The electrician was in my home for less than 1.5 hours. When I called to schedule another appointment I was informed the electrician wouldn't come back until I get my house tested for asbestos. I informed them I would not be doing so and to just send me the bill. When the bill came, I got charged for 2.5 hours of work. Now keep in mind that I still have no functioning outlet as the electrician was going to finish the job when they came back. I called Park Electric and was told they start charging when the electrician leaves their office and stop charging when they return to the office, information I was not provided when I inquired about cost. I live 14 minutes away from their office which would be 30 minutes they would charge me for traveling. There is still 30 minutes of time unaccounted for. I asked for a detailed invoice, was told they don't have that and only have the bill that was sent to me (which doesn't provide much information other than 2.5 hours at $112 and "relocate device box for kitchen renovation").I had to get someone else to finish the job while still having to pay Park Electric for 2.5 hours of "work" + truck fee + materials.
I got stuck with a power outage on the coldest week of the year. I called them on a weekend and they had the problem fixed much quicker than I thought it would take. I got the invoice. They charge double time after hours, but the invoice was totally fair and they didn't take advantage of my predicament. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! Late night call out when we lost power to our house. Mitch was very helpful, explained everything he was doing and was at our house within 20 minutes of the call.Definitely will be calling them for future projects!
Made a late service call after trying to diagnose my problem. The gentleman (Joe) came on time and had the issue resolved in 15 minutes. Great customer service from front desk to field staff, and the rates are decent too. Highly recommended and will use again.
