Recently I was looking for an electrician who offered same day service and found Mr Electric. I was offered an afternoon appt on the same day. My appt was for 2:30-3:30 and Steve showed up promptly on time.I found Steve to be very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going to be done and suggested some additional items. He figured out my problem and we discussed a resolution. Before leaving he provided a itemized list of work to be completed and had an appt booked to return.When he returned to complete the work he and another electrician showed up on time and completed the work in the required time. Before leaving they took the time to clean up the areas worked in and took the time to show us the work.I found Steve to be friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and professional at all times. I would recommend them for work.
We called in the morning and our technician, Ed, showed up that same day. He was able to do the urgent work then and there, and got us scheduled right away to complete anything outstanding. He was thorough and made the whole process as painless as possible. We will definitely call again in the future.
I had work done last week by Mr. Electric. The two electricians were Ed and Matt.. I can honestly say I have never had more experienced, considerate and patient workers ever. They were truly professional and considerate. They even waited to cut the power until I had eaten because I am a diabetic. I recommend this company and these workers to anyone who needs honest and excellent work.
I am so pleased with the professionalism, & quality of services provided by Mr.Electric employees. From the first phone calls with Megan and Daniel, they were friendly, helpful and informative. To the expertise of the electricians, Ed & Matt, my experience was amazing & they provided me with a sense of relief.I had recent electrical done by another company & less than a month after the work, my panel box burnt. Almost causing an electrical fire. I called Mr.Electric, I was scared and frustrated. Talking to both Megan and Daniel, comfort me & they responded quickly to the emergency.
