I had a hard-to-diagnose wiring issue at my house. The communication with Exact was very good, especially as they explained strategy at each step. The electricians arrived on time and seemed to work efficiently. I would give five stars except the client intake process (a full contract to be signed and returned) seemed a bit much and I disliked the $25.00 "convenience fee" to pay my invoice online.
We had Exact Electric come out for an estimate recently for a small project. We didn't end up hiring them since we wanted the work done ASAP and found another company that could do it much sooner; however we were really impressed with their professionalism so we *definitely* recommend them and would consider them for future projects.
I hired Exact to renovate the downstairs of our house to turn it into an apartment. That meant a new additional breaker box upgraded service to the house, and basically wiring and rewiring the whole downstairs. They were excellent.I was the "contractor" for the remodel and they were great to work with through all phases. The electricians did great work, were professional, patient, and friendly. The project manager was great too. He made sure that I got everything I needed.I can't comment much about the cost because I only had estimates from other contractors, not complete bids, but I believe the prices was fair. I think this is a very professional firm. I would use them again.
Exact electric installed a steam generator for us in our new bathroom. We had a lot of issues and exact team was wonderful, flexible and we passed inspection on first try. I recommend them and would use them again.
Great service! The person who came out to give quotes listened to my concerns and gave me three different quotes so I had options to work with. The technician did a great job, and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely hire them again in the future.
