Reviews frequently mention quick responses, with several noting that calls were answered after hours and that simple fixes were explained clearly. Many customers describe courteous, punctual service and clean workmanship. There are a few reports about scheduling or communication lapses, but follow-up visits were later described as timely and professional. Overall sentiment trends positive with consistent praise for helpful advice.

Gave you plenty of time to get back to me.

Interesting because I have the email and text showing that I messaged you. I called multiple times, I emailed and we texted a bit. You were at the lake with your family I said get back to me when you're not at the lake. I told you I was an electrician, that my wife had hired you to do some pot lights because I was too sick at the time. You failed to vapour seal the pot lights and I had asked if you had ever planned to finish the job to completion. Still waiting.

Edit:
First photo: literally the same number that shows up for the company number here on Google.

Still wondering if you plan on coming back to seal the pot lights that were installed. You know, to finish the job? Was a permit even pulled? Maybe tsask can answer that question.

I'll attach a photo of proper pot light vapour sealing. You might learn something. Maybe not screw over the next lady who calls. That's just one of many ways to do it. You couldn't be bothered with any.

Second photo: how a proper pot light install should be vapour sealed. An electrician who isn't lazy isn't afraid to crawl in an attic to do the job correct.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called him on a Friday night and he answered immediately. I explained my problem, which he said wad an easy fix. Then he walked me through how to fix it myself. We will definitely call this business the next time we need an electrician, plus refer this business to others.

Tldr: Cary went above and beyond to help us deal with an old alarm system that was beeping at us incessantly on the weekend. Full story: Two years ago, we moved into our new home that had an old alarm system we wanted to disconnect. We couldn't get a hold of the security company and so we procrastinated dealing with it. Today, the alarm started beeping incessantly because one of the batteries was low. Our Great Dane was convinced someone was breaking in and continuously barked at it. Total chaos. We phoned Expert Electric and Cary offered to walk us through disconnecting the battery and did so quickly and easily even though we were in a stressed out state. We are floored--he went above and beyond so we could have a relaxing weekend and enjoy our home.

Update: I've updated this review based on the service I received today from Dustin at Expert Electric. This time he was on time and the service was quick and professional.

Old review:
I called and made an appointment with them, they were nice on the phone, took all my personal information, but then didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. I didn't hear from them at all. Please, if you can't make an appointment just call/text/email to let people know.

I hired Carey to remove fluorescent tubes and install LED flushmounts as part of a kitchen remodel. The quality of the work was excellent and he was competitively priced, punctual and professional. I recommend him without any hesitation.
