Highly recommend A to Z. I have worked with them a few times. Most recently we had a technician named Brian come out to help us with some ethernet issues. We can’t say enough good things about him, he went above and beyond on service. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He also helped us and called a third party ageny being our internet provider to help us with some issues.
I was in search for Electrical work to be completed at U-Haul on Millar ave. I was in a tight timeline. Adam and the team came to my rescue. He was very professional and communicated very well!! The Team at A to Z has been very accommodating and helpful in any idea that we present!! They are our go to vendor for any electrical repairs at our store!!! Definitely 5 stars!!!
Had an excellent experience today. Bryan did amazing work, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understood what was being done and why. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. I felt confident and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend.
Bryan and Denys came out to give us a quote and ended up finishing the job the same day. They handled some lighting wiring and set up a few internet ports, and everything turned out great. Super friendly, quick, and professional. I’d definitely call them again for future work.
We had concerns with our old FPE panel (too many to list) and called A to Z to go over options. Amber answered the phone and was really lovely to talk with, ask questions to, and to book appointments. Adam came out to do the quote and does business in an entirely different way - you can tell he genuinely wants to get to know his customers and build relationships to present clients with the best options to meet their needs. He also provides quotes (and goes over them in detail) in person, which is a really nice touch. During the quote process, Adam presets a variety of options that range from basic to a host of options and upgrades that future-proof and protect your home. We ended up doing a complete panel upgrade and went from 100A to 200A overheard service. Jess was the one we worked with most (planning, panel/inside work, circuit mapping) and we can’t say enough good things! She was professional, respectful, and really fun to chat with on the countless trips she had to make up and down the stairs. We also had the pleasure of working with Dan, and while we didn’t get to chat with him much (he did all the outside work) he was also very professional and kind. The entire A to Z team was professional and considerate of our home. It is clear Adam is building a company that puts people first, and we can’t say enough good things about Adam, Amber, Jess, and Dan! 10/10 recommend! Photos show a serious transformation and attention to detail!
