A+ Mr. Electric is a great locally owned franchise company. They answered my call and sent a service technician the same day to inspect my appliance receptacle and power box. Jordan Rodriguez was polite and professional. He wore boot covers upon entry into my home. Although there was no electrical problems directly at the source, Jordan replaced my appliance receptacle at a reasonable price. He also checked my power box and quoted me on options for future replacement and troubleshooting service. The technician was dispatched the same day :-) When Jason arrived, he was one of the most professional people I've come across in a long time. His knowledge is vast (as a master electrician) and undeniable! We needed numerous repairs! He did a safety "walk" of the residence and explained his findings thoroughly and plainly. Jason offered multiple options and cost of each plan. There was no pressure to "upsell" ANYTHING. He did what we asked of him with expertise and precision!
