I had a service for smoke detectors on Feb 5th at 3 pm. The technician was great and I paid the invoice in person. I was ready to leave a positive review. At 8 am the following day, an angry woman called and barked at me “I’m calling about invoice 10116!?” To my shock, I asked, are you calling about the service yesterday, that I paid? She offered an empty apology. Note to customers. They will call and harass for payment without even checking their records. I do not recommend this business for their breathtaking poor customer service.
We had what seemed to be a major electrical problem. Kevin installed a new wall switch, a new breaker switch and left us within 1/2 hour with all electrical systems quite perfect. Great service and we appreciated the 12% seniors discount! Highly recommended!
On the day service this holiday season. Kevin arrived early on a very foggy day. He didnt waste a single second of my time and do what he needs to do. He did an amazing job! Fast, and quality result!. Very reasonable price! Very happy with the service!
Shawn and Dylan were amazing to work with. We did an upgrade from 100 to 200 amps on the house and it required much more time and coordination than we originally thought. Bc hydro took 6 months to get their part in order but through it all Shawn was very helpful and responsive. He kept me in the loop the entire way, and explained the process clearly. He was amazing to work with. When the day of the upgrade finally arrived him and his crew were on site early ready to go , very polite, communicated clearly , and cleaned up their work before they left. Super happy with their service and I would use them again.
