If you're looking for an electrical company that truly cares about their customers and delivers quality work contact JLB Electric. I will definitely be contacting them for any future electrical needs! It's rare to find a local business that treats you like a person instead of a number.
Recently, I had a breaker trip and heard a crackling noise in the middle of the night. I called JLB Electric, and Jimmy answered the call, listened patiently, and was able to answer all of my questions. He came out the next day and replaced the breaker. Thank you for the quick and professional service.
JLB Electric did a great job installing two light fixtures in our home. We couldn’t be happier with their service. They have done excellent work for us in the past and continue to do so. We highly recommend them.
Had JLB come out to install an EV charger I purchased in my garage. They responded quickly to a quote request, charged a good competitive rate, and Jimmy did a great job making it look clean with a junction box tie-in. They did some work for me a few years ago for an outdoor water feature and it was also done very well. Highly recommend them!
Had JLB do an EV charger install in July 2024 and wish we had gone with any other company.-Work was performed by a clearly novice apprentice who punched 3 holes in the foundation of the house until he found the right spot to run the wire. Also got a drill bit stuck.-Worker was clearly hungover and openly admitted to partying at Craven the night before-Worker lost a screw from our electrical panel cover. This issue was brought to the company owner but not addressed.-I requested a copy of the electrical permit from both the hungover employee and the owner. I have yet to receive this and worry we might have issues when we go to sell the house.-The incorrect connector was used on the bottom of the EV charger so the LiquidTight flex has exposed metal and is likely not sealed from weather. This issue was brought up with the owner and not yet fixed.-For some unknown reason deck screws were used to secure the flex to the siding instead of fully threaded so the straps are loose. This issue was also brought up with the owner and ignored.
