Landon did an amazing job installing our pot lights and smoke detectors in our basement. He is very professional and personable. We can’t say enough good things about the attention to detail when he was installing it all. We will definitely be calling Spark with any electrical job we need completed.
We had a frightening experience last night when one of our electrical outlets suddenly caught fire and started sparking. A bottle sterilizer was plugged in at the time, although it wasn’t in use. Thankfully, my husband was nearby and immediately unplugged it before it could have caused a bigger fire.He quickly checked the breaker, and afterward we noticed that a few electrical sockets in our house were no longer working. The sparking eventually stopped. We were able to report the incident that same evening, but it was already past 6 PM and the offices were closed. We truly appreciated that the next day they responded right away. The spark electrical services company also called me to assess and check everything thoroughly.Landon came and help us to fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained what might have caused the problem and what possibly triggered it, which gave us peace of mind. There's a reason we named our A/V Booth after Brother Joe (pic attached for proof). Outstanding work start to finish: foresight that saved countless headaches, insight into other trades that also saved countless headaches. Joe is more of a GC than an electrician, but even if reviews were limited exclusively to his work as an electrician, I cannot speak highly enough of Joe, and by extension, Spark.
We used Spark for a project and were very happy with their services. Joe K knowledgeable and very helpful in our planning for the project. He was able to figure out why our in floor heating wasn’t working and made some great suggestions on the design of the project which saved us time money. Would use these guys again!
