Jason came out to give an estimate with good explanation of what is involved in getting a level 2 charger installed, and helped me understand that hardwiring is preferred over the plug in option. The installation done by Jeremy was top notch. He helped to properly install the charger on the wall and cleaned up afterwards. They were good with communication about the inspection process.

We just moved into a brand new home. M Power Electric was recommended to us by our custom cabinet maker. They have been to our home 3 times now for different projects. We had an over all good experience with M-power. Jason Hare took the time to go through multiple quotes re our lighting desires to get it to a price I was comfortable with. He problem shot some issues and looked into some alternative ideas I came up with re smart lighting. Jeremy Aguirre was a real pleasure to work with – he was actually on site for the project. I appreciated Jason, who helped design the project, and Jeremy, who led the on-site work, both met with me prior to initiating the project to make sure we were all on the same page– I have worked with several different companies regarding projects and this has never happened before. Jeremy was easy to communicate with, explained things well, and answered all my questions. He is also bilingual which allowed him to communicate with both myself as well as some seemingly mostly Spanish-speaking people on site. Jason also responded very promptly in the planning phase and followed up during the project. I think the communication is perhaps the most important aspect in any relationship, including professional, and they both communicated very well.

The only downsides were re one of the outlets installed was in a position that, had they asked me more specifically, I would have moved it, but not a big deal and that is a bit on me as well. I didn’t ask them to move it after the fact— I’ll survive. In addition, I did not realize that they would not be patching up the drywall that they cut into and now I have to outsource this work a bit as well, though they helped arrange this and it wasn’t very expensive as an add-on to the end of the project. Not a big deal, but more transparency here— that I would need to likely hire someone or do some significant work on ceiling drywall myself, would’ve been appreciated upfront.

I would work with them again, which I cannot say about many companies. Thanks guys.
