They were incredibly rude during the install. Every member of my staff who had an interaction with them had a very negative experience. At one point they interacted with my neighbor's crew and it was bad enough that my neighbor's staff sought me out to express concerns with their behavior. It also was very difficult to schedule this work and took a very long time. They also seem to have installed non standard equipment to make it intentionally difficult for us to find parts. The components have not been installed long enough for me to give a review on the actual work but it seems adequate at first glance.When I brought my concerns and the concerns of two different staffs to the owner he immediately blew it off and made excuses. This is an incredibly unprofessional outfit and it seems it starts from the top.We have a second panel in the building that requires replacement. I have already told my landlord that I will not work with this company for that project.
We have had Tony and his great crew do a variety of work for us: from larger projects (upgrading to 200 amp service) to simple outdoor light installation. The work is outstanding, and of more importance, their customer service is outstanding. They are the nicest people and we recommend them enthusiastically.
I am redoing my bathroom & the Tony & Scott who came out were great. They answered all my questions. Did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Jen in the office was great at responding as well. I would definitely hire them again.NC in Maine
I called this company because some outlets in my kitchen stopped working. They were going to put me on the schedule but the woman on the phone asked me if I had reset the outlets yet (not the circuit breaker just the reset button). I didn't even know the outlets in the kitchen had a reset but low and behold it totally fixed the problem. She could have taken my money or at least just my information for a job and not asked any questions but instead she put in an extra 5 minutes of effort and won a customer for life! I didn't need them to come out this time but if we ever do have an electric issue they will be the company I call! Thank you!!!
Boy do I appreciate this company! Jennifer took my call on what I thought was a small issue, but she treated it like a priority and moved things around to get her crew out within hours. Turns out, it was a significant issue, and she talked me through how to work with the power company to diagnose and fix the problem together.
