Less than satisfactory experience. Did not seem to befamiliar with working with city of Mesa or SRP for a panel replacement. What they told could be done in a week took 2 months. Wiring in panel was sloppy and they left a big hole in my exterior wall rather than removing a little stucco and properly locating the new panel. They mislabeled several breakers in the panel. They also had to be called back to clean up garbage and label the panel. Use someone else.
I had the privilege of working with TIO for my electrical needs for both my private residence and my employer for over 13 years. Hands down one of the best companies to work with.
