In what was a couple of stressful days, our family was made to feel at ease with only the best of service! Gio came into our home and had the problem fixed in a very timely fashion! Not only an easy recovery, but assurance that we won’t experience these issues again! Gio kindly and effectively walked me through what lead to the electric damage, replaced the damaged property and showed me what to look out for in the future. We couldn’t have asked for better service from Gio! In a world of what seems to be lost customer service expectations, in all fields, this was a day that couldn’t have been more perfect! This is the third time I’ve used this company in the last 7 years and they have never disappointed. Walked me through everything being done from the panel box out to all the new wiring and how it was all being run. Answered all my questions. Krystal in the office was also great. Easy to schedule. The electrical services provided have been of the highest quality for all jobs performed, with fair prices reflecting the substance and quality of work. The entire process including providing quotes, technical work, administrative support and billing has been done in a highly professional manner. Excellent work! Conscientious and polite. Explained how the work would be done. Moved the electrical box, installed the chandelier, changed the light switch to include a dimmer and also moved a wall plug. Everything went smoothly. Cleaned up after the work was done.
