I called 2 companies to get emergency service for outdoor main breaker and panel. The customer service at the first place was not so great. The customer service at Mr. electric was on point. The phone rep, which I wish I remember his name, really cared about our safety and what we could afford. Carlos came the same day for FREE and we agreed to a great estimate. We had an appointment scheduled for the very next day. Carlos and Elvin showed up right on time at 9 AM and got the job done. Their work was very professional and clean. They provided power boxes to power up appliances and other things in the house during the job. I recommend to anyone that needs electrical service to consider Mr. Electric. You won’t be disappointed
The whole team at Mr. Electric of Orlando exceeded my expectations! From Janna to the electricians to the head Evan, they took care of me from start to finish. Firstly Janna in the office who handles the scheduling is super friendly and communicative. I had to make a few adjustments to scheduling and she happily always made sure it was good, even calling me back after hours to be sure. Brian Jones did the initial consultation is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed for our project and did his best to get a fair price for what we needed. The electricians Tom and Elvin who did the job were awesome too, as they were very friendly, efficient and super thorough. Tom is really experienced and explained everything to us in detail. Special thanks to Elvin who came back out to assist us with something we had missed when they came out the first time. Elvin is a really good guy, super cool and positive and made sure to let us know he would not be leaving until we were totally happy with the job! All with a smile on his face. I really appreciate that kind of service. It makes you feel they really care about the customers. Thanks to the whole team and we can’t recommend them enough!
Brian Ayala, Carlos Martin and Tim Torres(technicians for Mr Electric) all 3 of them individually performed like the professionals that they are; from installing my ceiling fan on a vaulted ceiling by Tim, to Carlos installing my chandelier in the foyer on the vaulted ceiling as well; and Brian upgrading my electrical outlets in the kitchen and overseeing the project and assembling the scaffold making the job safer. Thanks Brian for not canceling the job like so many companies would have based on the height of my ceilings. You Rock!…I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the jobs done. They were very professional and did an amazing job. I will definitely use Mr Electric again for all my electrical needs.
Five stars for Mr. Electric, especially Tom Patterson and Jeff Ramirez! They installed our family room's recessed lighting. They were on time, friendly, professional, and did a beautiful job. They even cleaned up & patched holes after themselves. Highly recommend—we're requesting them for our next house project, no question.
I noticed the landscapers cut the wiring to my pool on a Sunday and made a call for an ASAP repair. Received a call right away advising me they would be out first thing Monday morning. As promised, were there right at 8:00am to repair the wiring to my pool. anyone knows you do not want your pool to be down longer than a day or two. They were kind enough to let me run to the pool store to get a new part that was needed since the landscapers cut that wire too. JP and Tom were awesome!! Reset the timers on the landscape lights too since those wires were also cut. cost was not significant considering the three wires that needed to be replaced. Great service and now I have an electrician for life. Thanks again!
