Tripped part of the house one evening. Resetting the breakers didn’t seem to fix it. I called and Tony walked me step by step to find solutions. He was able to not only help me troubleshoot and solve the problem but he didn’t charge me a dime. 10/10.
Tony sent Clayton over and he immediatley diagnosed and replaced a smart circuit breaker that would not re-set, with a normal more reliable regular 20 amp circuit breaker. It was great, immediate service even though it was the holidays. We have used ACE previously and have always been impressed, which makes us repeat customers.
