Mr. Harbor provided same day service, did a very thorough diagnostic test to determine the exact cause, explained things simply, pointed out some safety hazards that the previous contractors ignored, and made the needed repair (plus some). I am very pleased with the results and will happily refer his services to others.
My power went out late on a Friday afternoon, in August, when it was almost 90 degrees out. Entergy was difficult to get confirmation from. I called 15 other electricians and no one was willing to come out on a Friday night until I got to Harbor Electric. Terrance was out a few hours later and stayed until we were able to figure out the problem (it was due to incorrectly labeled power meters).
