I don’t usually write reviews but the service here was truly spectacular I had to. I just moved into a 120 year old home in the plateau Montreal district and still had knob and tube electrical which needed to be gutted.

Jim brown went above and beyond, and did a thorough inspection, answered all my questions and was extremely helpful.

During the actual work, Jim and Auguste were exceptional, they managed to do a complete home rewiring 1400 square feet home in only 3 days. This included grounding every outlets, removing and rewiring hallways, dining room, added dimmers for all the lights, etc. They were even kind enough to add light fixtures I bought and covered all my furniture to prevent it from getting dusty during the process. They also cleaned upped and mopped after, this attention to detail is incredible.

Their communication was very polite and professional and always asked for my input for the details. I felt completely at ease during this massive project because of them. I’m very impressed if you ever need any electrical help in MTL look no further than here.

Josh was amazing he was precise, neat and very kind and very considerate to my needs. I live in the cote des neiges area and he presented on time and really worked with my time requirements. today he replaced my entire electrical panel and made sure that each switch was labeled. He went beyond and above. He answered all my questions clearly And in Laymans terms so I could understand. What a great contribution to the company. He was really fabulous. Also the estimate came exactly as quoted. I would also like to make a special mention for Rose who took my service call made extra arrangements for me considering my medical needs. She was kind and did her upmost to provide a very fast service call. Everyone at the company make me made me feel like family. thanks you for all of your help. Judy

The customer service is amazing, I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very responsive and helpful. I had Quentin come to my house because we had a huge opening between my stove and the wall. He was able to fix it perfectly and was so sweet and easy to chat with. He was extremely professional, and I honestly learned a lot from him. He’ll also be coming back to fix some lights in the basement. Highly recommend!

I was looking for an electrician to install my new electric logs in my old wood fireplace. Of course Google was a great help and I submitted my little project online to 3 electrical companies and the only one that responded was Electrika and they responded on the same day. Very happy with the work done by their electrician (Quentin) and also a shout out to the customer service people who are so nice to talk to on the phone. I will deal with them again for sure.
