Parker and Conor did an amazing job with our electrical projects. We had several things that we needed done (ranging from GFCI outlets to a new electrical box), and Parker and Conor were very thorough in making sure they understood our needs and goals. All the pricing was laid out clearly, with several options provided and the pros and cons of each clearly stated. I never felt pressured into any decisions, and I also learned a lot from their explanations of the work they were doing and why. I definitely felt like they wanted to find the best solution that would meet our needs, with safety and code compliance as a top priority. They answered all of our questions clearly and encouraged us to keep asking more, which gave me a lot of reassurance in their work. Beyond the work that Parker and Conor did for us, I was very impressed by the ease of scheduling and the excellent communication of everyone at Edison. We're really happy with the service we received from Edison and we highly recommend them.We had a variety of tasks around the house that we were looking to have done and they got us in their schedule right away (John and Sam are great!), and then the service team was fantastic to work with as well (really appreciate it, Brandon, Nick, and Brandon!). They listened carefully and checked everything out around the house, and then they provided us with a variety of estimates for the work that we had initially requested as well as a few a la carte options for us to consider. They were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient, and their prices are guaranteed so even though they found a few complications throughout the work we weren't charged for the extra steps that they had to take to get the job done right. They also even walked me through how to safely do some of the work myself in the future, which I really appreciated and wasn't expecting.After they left we noticed something not working quite right, and they came back out the next day and quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. All in all, we had a great experience and we will absolutely be back as our electrical needs arise. Thanks again!

I had a technician at my doorstep in less than an hour and he, Ben, was a delight to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative throughout the walkthrough and repair of the issue. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and I was back up and running in no time. The entire experience was seamless, top tier service all around. The team from Edison Electric was excellent. They gave us several options, explained everything clearly, and their attention to detail really showed. They carefully updated some very outdated and aging electrical in our home and hung an 1870s chandelier - it looks amazing.They were professional, respectful of our space, and clearly take pride in their craft. I’ll absolutely hire them again for future projects, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
