Service was fantastic and the work (adding two outdoor light fixtures and one interior outlet) was done in a timely manner. Nate (who handled the work) was professional and communicative, and he was considerate to create as little collateral damage as possible. I am very pleased and would recommend!
I had called about having some recessed lights and outlets put in my basement. They charge an $85 fee just to come out just to give an estimate. Not ideal to me, however I know many places do that. Ben came out, looked at everything and gave me an estimate on the spot and was able to get everything scheduled right away. Initially I thought the estimate was very high, but after everything was completed, I saw all the work, effort, and time he put into it and all the little improvements he made that I was not expecting. So then I realized the price was very fair. He was fast and communicated any other changes (such as adding in a few more lights than the original estimate). He finished in a day and looked at many other things in my house that I had questions about. Even came back a week or so later to put in a ceiling fan. Overall, I was very happy with everything. I also appreciate that they come in a clearly marked truck with the companies name on their shirts. I felt comfortable in my home with a random stranger in it, so that is always a plus for me. Thank you to Ben! I know I will be using them again in the future.
Exactly what I asked them for is exactly what I didn’t get. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else. NEVER AGAIN. I had several people looking for service but was waiting for my opinion on my work done before using them and I’m happy to tell everyone don’t waste your money with this company. Incompetent is a understatement. They must be reported to BBB so customers are getting the service they asked for at a reasonable price. Over 700 dollars cash for a foot of wire and a switch installed where I didn’t need it is ridiculous.
This company was highly recommended by a friend and was also rated by the BBB as A+. I scheduled the appointment for today with a time frame of 09-1pm. I got text message confirmation of the appointment yesterday. Today...no call, no show and I attempted to call the office at 1245pm to get an update. I heard nothing until 3pm text message that stated the person was on their way.I declined at that point because I have zero tolerance for companies that do not have the common courtesy to show up during a scheduled time or return a call when requesting an update. A negative score would have been more fitting
