Needed an outside septic fan/alarm to be run to my electrical panel inside. On short notice, they came for an estimate, scheduled the appointment for the next morning, and finished the job within 24hours of my initial call. Many other electricians couldn't even call me back, so I appreciate the team that took care of me at Bald Eagle Electrical. Thanks!
I had an issue with my sump pumps and need a new dedicated line added to keep them running. They were fast efficient and got the job done. I was very satisfied.
Had LG&E turn off my power without warning for “damages” found at the meter. Called outside of normal business hours (~8pm) and was able to get an appointment the very next day at 11am.Charles showed up early and assessed that there were no visible damages to the meter. LG&E then dispatched their technician who was responsible for turning it off earlier. The technician was adamant that there was damage in the meter base. The job was then passed to the inspector who found that the supply side wire had an indention in the insulation (there were no wires exposed) and would need to be fixed to pass inspection.Charles came back out within the hour of the inspection report being submitted and reinforced the wire insulation with electrical tape - for free - stating that it wasn’t needed work and I shouldn’t have to be charged for it. The inspector came back out and green-lit the power being turned back on.All in all I was charged $375 for only the inspection and diagnostic fees as the repair cost was waived.I would recommend this company for the transparency shown during their work. Charles walked me through every process that was needed to get the power back on and always picked up when called to answer more questions no matter how many times I had called previously.
Called for a meter base repair. Did the work but didn't call the city inspector after to get approved so my power could be restored. My business was without power for another whole day because of it. I called lge and city inspector myself the next day to try and schedule, they all asked why hasn't your electrician ? Only then did the electrician schedule it while rudely replying "That's it, he's done"... Am I missing something? That's the job! The whole time he's rude and acting like I'm not paying him. It wasn't even my money! The landlord agreed to reimburse me. He was given a check promptly as him and the inspector approved the work. They were also saying there was possibly another issue because the power still wasn't on. My manager who knows nothing about electric asks why the breaker is off at the base. Where the work was done!!! They flip the switch and power was restored. Finally... As a business owner I do not recommend. This electrician doesn't care about completing the job, and taking care of the customer who is closed and losing money. He won't do what's needed to get you back open. Be assured he wants his money though. Without even knowing or being able to verify if what he did was correct and will pass an inspection. I will say this.. The work looked good. It was done in a reasonable amount of time (minus the inspector debacle). How do you drop the ball in the end zone and then have the audacity to act like your not being paid blows my mind. Complete the job and learn how to talk to your paying customers.
Excellent service from start to finish! Between the scheduling and install, everything went smooth and even ahead of schedule! Having dealt with prior electricians elsewhere and those company’s issues with timeliness, this was very refreshing! Thanks to all the guys involved! Very friendly and thorough work. Highly recommend!
