We called Allen Electric late Friday evening, and although they couldn’t come out that night, they were honest about timing and assured us they would be there first thing in the morning.Clayton went above and beyond with communication, he texted his ETA Friday night and again Saturday morning before arriving. That level of professionalism and follow-through immediately gave us confidence.They fixed the issue quickly, and the pricing was more than fair, especially for a weekend service call. It’s rare to find a company that combines responsiveness, transparency, quality work, and reasonable pricing.We have additional electrical projects coming up, and we will absolutely be using Allen Electric again. These guys did a great job on my electrical work. The electrician was friendly well mannered and explained what they were going to do. They were very respectful of my house and cleaned up when they were finished.I will definitely call them in the future if needed. Highly recommend
Fantastic response time to install a transfer switch on my furnace. Technician was friendly and did a professional job in a timely manner. Matthew even took a few minutes to show me how the transfer switch worked, so I don't worry about making a mistake when using a generator. He is great!Price was a little higher than I expected, but there was value in the timely, professional work, so it seemed reasonable to me.
