Ethan and Lynn were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering all my questions and explaining what they had to do to get a new outlet installed on an exterior wall. They were on time and went right to work, I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. 10/10, I highly recommend American Electrical, and I will definitely call them for my future needs.
Jesse and Hefty were awesome. I had a Tesla charger installed. They were familiar with the product and quickly and easily got it installed. I asked for them to place it in a specific location which required them to wire through the attic and down the drywall. They were able to do this expertly without making any guide holes in the drywall. The whole experience was highly professional and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. Totally recommend this company. Customer service beyond excellent. Got a call and text as a reminder of appointment. Ethan and Lynn installed an outdoor light kit with motion detector. First off, you couldn't ask for two nicer, and professional guys. They showed up on time, super nice, and installed it in no time. They went through all the features on the light kit I would have never figured out without their help. They even offered to take the old kit and new kit trash away! Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!!
My home Insurance agent requested a 4 point inspection in order to shop my renewal. The Inspector who they referred me to, dinged me on an electrical issue for my range. Long story, but even though it was “ in code” Insurance Company said they wanted it altered, or rewired. I called and spoke with Ryan, we both agreed let’s just go ahead and run a new line and be done with it. Matt & Jesse were the two he sent to do the job. They called to say they were on the way, showed up on time, both were very courteous, polite and neat. They were beyond respectful of my property. I had been dreading the whole situation of moving the stove on my wood floors, someone climbing in my attic to get to the range and panel, which the AC people had not made access to the panel easy at all. They both took their time and were very patient and careful. They were able to get the wire down (took several tries) the wall rather than taking an easy fix and run it out the eave and up the side of the house. The 2 companies I got quotes from, that was the only option they offered me and 1 of the quotes actually was higher than the American Electrical quote! I would highly recommend the Company and the two young men (Matt & Jesse)they sent out, they both are a true asset to American Electrical.Thanks again, Gwen Peterson
American Electrical rewired an entire house for me. The house was a historic house located in Springfield. They managed to do the job without adding unnecessary holes in the wall. The work was extremely neat and the price was fair. Just recently, I hired them to come back again to install a 240 v plug. Once again they did not disappoint! Val and Julian did an excellent job! Val explained the pricing before they started. Both of these guys were very professional and didn't waste any time getting the job done right the first time. If you're looking to get some electrical work done this company will get the job done right the first time. They also do very neat and clean work which is a big deal to me.
