I called Richie at 7 p.m. on a Friday evening when I got home after an afternoon thunderstorm and found my service line hanging low and part of the equipment pulled off of the house. I sent him photos and he realized that it was just the apparatus that holds the service line to the house that had been pulled away. He could have sent his crew out and charged overtime rates to fix it. Instead, he advised me to call Entergy about a low line, anticipating that they would see the problem and fix it, free of charge. It happened just the way he said. This review is the only compensation he's getting for helping me out of a jam. This is not the first time I've called on RS Electric. I had a similar incident about a year ago, when a tree limb pulled the line down and did more extensive damage to the equipment on the house. They fixed it and got me back and up and running. If a tree attacks your electric supply, I can highly recommend RS Electric.(and yes, the offending tree is going to have to go).
I purchased a vintage Record player in hopes of incorporating it into my home entertainment system. The project became way more then I was capable of. A friend referred me to Richie and I had him take on the project. The end result was much more than I had hoped for. The vintage console was updated to all the latest capabilities including Bluetooth and has become the centerpiece of our home sending crisp sound to every room in the house and even outside around our pool area. It’s transformed the entire feel of our home. They completely exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

I had a chandelier I needed hung for a reasonable price. Many electricians came out and quoted me outrageous fees or made the job very difficult. However, RS came out and assembled it stress free. As a business owner myself, I appreciated that. Reasonable price and good quality employees.
Called R S on Monday to ask about wiring being done and made an appointment right on the spot. Showed up 30 minutes early and went straight to work. I especially like the contractor they sent, he was very professional and reallllllly attractive. Enjoyed the work he did and watching him work. It didn't take long to fix the wiring and he double checked his work before leaving. I would highly recommend this company. They were referred to me and I'm definitely satisfied with the work they have done.
