Josh, Justin, and Daimion were a pleasure to work with! Josh was able to come out the same day I submitted a request for a quote, and he was very professional and thorough during the consultation. While he did mention some additional services they offer, I never felt like he was pushing me to sign off on anything I didn’t need or couldn’t afford.

We ultimately decided to upgrade my home’s electrical service from 100A to 200A, replace my old fuse box with a new breaker panel, and relocate it from the kitchen to the garage. Josh explained the entire process clearly, including potential issues they might run into and how they would handle them. Once I received the estimate, we were able to schedule the work for about a week later, and the job was completed in just two working days.

The crew showed up on time, and we went over the plan again before I left home for the day. They even set up a temporary outlet to keep my refrigerator running so my food wouldn’t spoil — something I hadn’t even thought about, but really appreciated.

During the work itself, I communicated mostly with Justin and was very impressed with his responsiveness and customer service. I had mentioned that I prefer emails/texts over phone calls, and they fully respected that request, which I appreciated.

The crew was also extremely respectful of my home. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up after themselves, and didn’t leave any trash behind. If it weren’t for the hole in the wall where the old fuse box used to be, you wouldn’t even know they had been inside. The work itself looks very clean and well organized. The new panel is neatly labeled, and everything appears to have been installed thoughtfully with future upgrades in mind.

Overall, I had a great experience with Mr. Electric and will definitely be contacting them again when I’m ready to move forward with additional upgrades.

I didnt review a few months ago because i didnt want to be negative. Initially a lot of trash was left behind (scraps of wire, etc) they used my good towels to wipe floors and left wet on washer for me to take care of which i had to throw them away. I was frustrated but just tried to chalk it up to whatever and let it go. But as i am about to paint a room i notice how damaged the walls are around some outlets and how other outlets have minor damage also. I understand things happen but as much as we paid i wouldve hoped it wouldnt look like this :( i dont even know how to fix that hole behind the cable outlet. The guy i met one time was nice by all means but i dont know if they just rushed or what :( im glad others had good experience i just wish it didnt look like this.

This has to be the most expedient electrical experience I have had. I knew that I had to do a replacement, but I thought it would take hours and hours. Andrew came out, he assessed what was needed, he was very good at making sure that I understood what the state of my box was and what he was going to do. He went over the pricing and when it was agreed to, he got to work. My power was back up in two hours and he went from room to room making sure all outlets and lights were properly working. He explained the work with photos and extended follow on service for several things inside my home that I could upgrade (I have an old home). Andrew’s service was top notch! I plan on making sure that Mr Electric (Andrew) continues to meet my home’s needs! Thank you thank you!!!

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Electric and truly can’t recommend them enough.

Justin replaced all of our light switches, outlets, and smoke detectors, and he was honestly one of the best home repair professionals we’ve ever had in our house. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient while explaining what was being done. My mom asked the same questions multiple times, and Justin never once showed frustration, he took the time to explain everything calmly and kindly each time. That level of patience and respect really stood out to me and left a lasting impression.

He also left the work area cleaner than when he arrived, and the quality of his work was phenomenal from start to finish.

We will absolutely be using Mr. Electric again and will be requesting Justin. Highly recommend

Isac, Wyatt, Chandler, Dakota all did some major work for me . I had to have an electrical panel installed and also my service pole. They also install some smoke dectors for me as well. They started installing my panel the same day they gave an estimate for it . Everyone of these guys were very professional, also friendly, and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I will definitely use them again when I need to . Thank you for yalls hard work and quickest.
