Installer was very knowledgable and clearly laid out what I need to do - and even more importantly - what I shouldn’t do (e.g. Don’t turn on the heat pump.) ?? We have worked with Evan Henderson and his company for over 10 years and they are FANTASTIC! We had problems with a generlink (some because of the product and some because our own user errors) and Evan's team has been responsive, patient, and they always stand by their work. They did a great job on the re-wiring of our house and our daughter's house. I would hire them back in a second. It is great watching an excellent NS family-run company grow to such success, though I am not surprised given the pride and quality of their work. HIGHLY recommend.
