Called and booked an appointment for this morning for 8am. No one showed up called at 10 to see where they were, no answer. Was texted at 12 saying that they will let me know how the day goes, whats the point of making an appointment. Took the day off work to be here and now he says I dont understand because no one communicated with me. No communication and no accountability. Real shame as I need a good electrician for many projects at our house.

Denis was hired to install new wiring for heating system working alongside Hydro QC.While inspecting the work needed to be done, Denis noticed unfinished work performed by previous electricians. When I explained how we hired not one, but two electricians to perform the wiring for our newly renovated home, but how they took our money and ran, Denis offered his services pro bono....I have never seen this in any contractor regardless the trade....EVER!After 16 months of exhausting renovations and still not having our full electrical power, Denis had his colleague come the following week as he said he would and performed all the necessary work.My wife was so touched by his gracious offer, she actually cried with joy!... I kid you not!Since we have undertaken this project, we have witness first had the greed and exploitation of some contractors and companies. Denis stand apart from all of them.It is so very nice to see our power fully restored, our electric panel cleaned up and every outlet functioning as they should.Denis and his company went far above and beyond what was required of their services.The work is top notch, the service, impeccable, and the human side, which is rarely seen today.....especially during and after "covid" where virtually every business was out to exploit people.Thank you so very much Denis and Outaouais Electrique
