Had a flame out on a plug. Dragos came the next day and repaired several plugs. Some wannabe electrician made a mess of our electrical panel. Dragos was able to correct, fix and organize with a new panel. He is meticulous, punctual, polite- I cannot say enough about this highly ethical professional! Worth every penny! Thank you again! Excellent service.Dragos goes to bat for his customers, explains everything as he goes, and follows up until it is done. You can't ask for better.I lost a phase to my home, which Hydro Québec failed to repair after dispatching a technician and calling the case closed. When I called back they told me to call an electrician. I called Électrique SBD and Dragos arrived that afternoon to perform an inspection and found that the issue was with the line connectors on the hydro pole. He then helped deal with Hydro Québec to get a second truck dispatched that evening.The following morning, Dragos, of his own volition, made a quick inspection of the pole and noted that the connectors had yet again not been replaced, he informed me at work and called Hydro Québec again to get a third truck dispatched and the problem was finally resolved.
I can't thank Dragos enough for his generous assistance. I had called to obtain a quote and schedule an appointment, but Dragos instead helped immediately resolve the issue over the phone within 20 minutes. He also educated me on resolving it myself next time. To top it off, he kindly refused any payment for his time and expertise! Truly exceptional service!
Dragos was quick to answer my request for a quote. He solved an issue I had with the location of my dryer outlet. He is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thinks about the home owner when doing the work (in my case, walls needed to be cut - he was careful not to do more than necessary so I didn’t have a lot of damage). Highly recommended.

There were safety issues in my home and he fit me into his schedule pronto. He worked very hard for 2 days. Replaced my electrical panel, new baseboard heaters and new thermostats and investigated and solved the issues that were a fire hazard. A hardworking, excellent, professional, punctual, honest, man whose price was extremely fair and reasonable for all the work he did. If you want the best, look no further.
