Was very happy with my experience starting with the professionalism with Crystal who answered my call to John who quickly responded to my call to replace a bad circuit breaker on a circuit for my refrigerator. John was absolutely great. He quickly solved the problem, replaced the bad breaker, and trouble shot the entire circuit to ensure no future issues. I was delighted with the speed of response, professionalism and expertise, and courtesy of John. ...And all this at a very reasonable charge! You can believe that I will call again for any future electrical needs.

Mike was created by the hands of God. His thoroughness was second to only God himself.His overall strength and power was that of a Musk Ox. He was able to tear thru sheetrock with neurosurgeon like precision and the speed of Darrell Waltrip’s pit crew at Bristol Motor Speedway.I felt like I was back at TCU being lectured by a top professor as his knowledge permeated throughout not only my home but the entire development!This review stopped at 5 stars, which I feel is a flaw by Google as their is no rating system that could encapture this experience!Highly recommended Cross Electric and Big Mike. Mike did an excellent job. After having two other electricians not show up, it was refreshing to have someone arrive as promised. Mike took the time to explain everything in detail and addressed all my questions. He was professional, courteous, and completed the work promptly on the same day. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by this company, and Crystal did a wonderful job of clarifying the entire process. I also found their pricing to be reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
