We hired Jason with Livewire to install a dedicated circuit and outlet inside our firebox for an electric fireplace. What should have been straightforward turned into quite the challenge. The final short section of electrical cord absolutely refused to fish its way from the basement into the firebox.To his credit, Jason stuck with it for hours — longer than I would have reasonably expected — and he even brought in additional members of the Livewire crew to see if they could coax it through. At one point, even my very handy husband stuck his nose in there—but to no avail.--The “bowels” of our house are apparently “possessed”.Ultimately, Jason found a practical solution by installing the wiring externally, ensuring everything was done cleanly and correctly. Throughout the entire process, he was courteous, patient, and explained the situation in terms I could easily understand. He made sure everything was properly tested and cleaned up the “job site” before leaving.Livewire is a veteran-owned company, and the integrity and pride in workmanship really show in the way Jason and his team operate.We will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable & fair electrical work.
