Refuses to honor a national contract with HSA home service warranty company claiming they don't take service calls past 3:00 when there business hours are clearly posted to 5:00PM.Do not bother giving them the business as the service manager does not make honoring a home warranty service contract a priority , or much less follow what the hsa home warranty contract states as policy .
