Let me start by saying we had gone through a bunch of contractors to begin with. That’s just old house maintenance I suppose. However when we were told we needed an electrician I called 4 I found on Google before getting to Custom. This was the first place to pick up the phone - amazing! I’d prefer online scheduling personally but it is what it is. They not only answered the call but had someone out to evaluate & fix same day, that’s amazing! Brian was fantastic and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him as he worked. He did a great job and the cost seems very reasonable for the amount of work he did. Absolutely will call again and request Brian!
My wife and I have used Custom for all electrical work in our new house (1 year). I have only had good experiences with all Custom staff, and the prices/services are fair. We have mostly had experience with Danny G. I have never had a service person like Danny. He's so friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He knows my wife and I by name and he loves our dog. He even brought her a toy when he came for the yearly inspection. Danny and Blake have both been incredible people to work with and I will continue to contact Custom for all electrical needs! :)
Needed a couple of outlets added in our basement. Blake did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous and he is very meticulous with his work. Blake was prompt in communicating and kept me informed of his arrival time. I would highly reocmmend using Custom Electrical Services for any electrical needs.
I called and they sent Blake out immediately. Blake was very friendly, checked everything over thoroughly and addressed the issue. He cleaned up. The price was very fair. I would highly recommend and if I ever need anything done again I will be contacting them.
