Chad came out right away and answered all of my questions. Very genuine person. Had them install a whole house generator and 50amp RV plug. The whole crew was great and I definitely recommend them! The generator has already been tested multiple times this year with the weather and we are extremely happy with it!

I called Action Electric on Monday for a quote they said they could send somebody on Thursday. I asked her how far out their scheduling was because I was on a time crunch. Secretary was very nice and told me about a week. I called this morning to confirm and appointment time and they told me they wouldn’t be coming out because they had too much work. I can appreciate that, however, had I not called to verify I never would of known and Chad, the owner, tried to justify it by “we have contractors not show up all the time.” They did the original install of the panel and were referred to us by Central Iowa Pool and Spa.
We recently had a generator installed by Action and couldn't be more pleased. Tyler did a great job of working hard in the rain to complete the job. The office was great at communicating and letting us know what to expect for maintenance. The cost of maintenance seems very reasonable considering they do come to your home and take away the old oil and filters.
