I had an issue with my daughter's oxygen concentrator and messaged The Electric Way for an estimate. Evan showed up and was just wonderful. He walked me through potential issues that were causing the problem then gave me a very reasonable estimate which I accepted and approved for on the spot completion. Evan was done in just over an hour and so far it looks like the issues are fully resolved, but if they aren't and the breaker is still tripped, I was told that the future work would be for the estimate minus today's labor cost. Where do you find service like that anymore? I'm very impressed and very glad I called The Electric Way. I will absolutely be using them in the future and look forward to the estimates on a couple of other jobs I inquired about on my house.

I've used Electric Way services a couple of times over the last year and the service has been stellar. My most recent service call was for a confounding problem that almost turned dangerous, but Hunter quickly and efficiently troubleshot and resolved the issue. He was knowledgeable, intuitive and enthusiastic. I've found this to be the case with all of Electric Way's representatives whom I've dealt with. They have become my go-to electrical services going forward.

David, owner of The Electric Way, manages his company with integrity, exceptional skill, fair pricing, and excellence in customer service. Recently, I was a blessed recipient of a promotional free install for a ceiling fan. David refused compensation of any kind, not even accepting a monetary tip. He stated that “free is free”. He also installed, at my request, an additional new ceiling fan with lighting, at “beyond” fair pricing. I requested that he check another non-working ceiling fan to see if I should replace it, or if it could be repaired. David climbed up and found a tangled chain above the bowl fixture, repairing that fan in two seconds, and at no charge. This current experience, and past experiences, with The Electric Way is that no work is ever done on commission, and honesty is always their standard practice.
David also kindly removed for disposal the packaging for my new fans, as well as the old fans.
I am very grateful to be a customer of The Electric Way, a business that I can trust to do the right thing, in the right way, always!
