Replaced a ton of light switches with modern, but fussy, ones and upgraded our two Nest thermostats. Always great communication and wonderful service. There was a minor issue with one of the light switches, and they came back to fix it at no charge. Would definitely recommend.

He did a great job of explaining the issue and what may have caused it. He provided a quote on the spot and explained every line item for me. The following week, Shawn came out to complete the work, and it fixed more issues that I didn't even know I had! Sapphire's experienced electrician was great! Very knowledgeable and gave clear explanations of what he was checking and seeing. His diagnosis was correct; we had a problem at the pole which is ComEd's responsibility. He was able to get a truck from Comed within about 12 hours to fix the connection. Sean was very polite and cordial. I highly recommend Sapphire.
