I had an excellent experience with Ray. He had to do a fairly complicated rewire of our ground wires. He was kind, let me know exactly what the problem was, showed me his work, and was just generally great. I would highly recommend.
Ray seriously saved the day for us. Our exterior breaker box on the pole was damaged a few years back when a tree fell, and ever since then it had been taking on water, causing random electrical surges and even complete outages in parts of the house. Ray came out, diagnosed everything, and had the entire box upgraded and replaced today — and at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. You truly cannot go wrong by entrusting him with your electrical needs. We had to have our outside wires replaced along with the box inside and I just wanna say I won’t be using anyone else for any electrical services needed! Ray is awesome, genuinely cares, very honest and did an AWESOME job! He went the extra mile for us waiting and making sure AEP showed back up to turn on the electric. I HIGHLY recommend him!
