I had a great experience with this company. A few weeks ago we called them to get a quote for installing new wiring and a plug for our new electric pottery kiln. Brent came by and gave us a fair quote for the service. He clearly explained everything he was going to do, answered all of our questions about the kiln’s electrical requirements, and even helped us think about what might be a good kiln upgrade in the future considering the electrical setup.Overall, it was a very helpful and professional experience. I would definitely recommend them.
We wish we could give 10 stars. When we woke up to the sound of our chirping smoke detector and couldn’t resolve it, we called 4-Star to have it replaced. Luckily, Matt had a cancellation and was able to arrive within the hour. I happened to mention some other work we were considering. Matt had great suggestions and provided a quote that was so reasonable we had it done that day. Matt did a fantastic job and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are now making a list of additional electrical upgrades to tackle now that we have a great company we can rely on. We highly recommend 4-Star and specifically Matt!
Great experience dealing with 4-star. Great communication right from the start. Estimate was exactly what we paid. Great attitude from the person who answered the phone when we called. Elton came out to do the work and did a fantastic job. Works hard and is very polite and respectful. It’s very obvious he takes pride in what he does as the wiring and installation so neat and tidy. He also did a great job of explaining everything and defiantly goes above and beyond expectations! Thank you!
Our electrician Brett was super thorough with our inspection and gave us excellent service! He explained everything to a novice like me, listened attentively and took time to answer all of my questions. He also took the time to go through each aspect of the pricing in detail so I feel confident in what we paid for/will pay for. We look forward to having our future service done with 4-Star.
4-Star Electric was fantastic to work with. Easy booking with prompt reply’s to set up and appointment. The electrician Brett was very friendly and professional; arrived within the estimated time frame, provided a complete all-in quote to complete the requested work and explained the different scope components, and problem solved the curve balls my older home provided. Work was completed same day and included a safety inspection of the other electrical components in my home. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend 4-Star Electric and would gladly use them again.
