Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Andrew (the owner) was contracted out by a restoration company to look into some issues with my in-floor heating after a flood in my apartment. He came for the initial diagnosis with a promise to return after some more testing. Then he went on vacation. Then he got busy. Then he got PAID out by my insurance company for the first visit. And now he can't even bother to respond to any of my communications. I've sent texts. I've sent emails. I've contacted his office. He screens my calls. Won't even do me the courtesy of just saying he's too busy to follow up. I would NEVER use him again and would give him ZERO stars if I could!!!
