I’ve contacted Kato twice for some electrical work in my apartment and both times have been a great experience. This most recent time I had new ceiling lights, fan, and dimmer switches installed. It was completed in a timely manner from the initial quote to the service date. Andrew was great. Professional and good communication.
Kato attended residence for estimate. Provided written quote. We asked for some additional details and were promptly provided clarification in writing. Accepted proposal and was able to select a short turnaround for the work to be completed. Electrician was punctual on date of appointment and installed the electrical equipment needed. Site was left clean and debris free.From the beginning of the process to completion of work I was very satisfied. We had other electrical companies provide quotes however, Kato was the most prompt, clear and professional of the group.Based on our experience with Kato, would recommend for residential electrical projects and will call them again if future work is needed.
