Honest. Polite. Great communication. Well priced. Friendly. We needed a new thermostat installed which required new wire run from the garage to the kitchen. Received his name from Home Depot Home Services. He was quick to call back and even offered to work on a holiday at no extra cost. Erm had to trouble shoot our particular situation and discussed acceptable solution. He’s a hard worker and did an excellent job. Happy there were no surprises either with the final bill which hasn’t been my experience with other trades.
Needed a 240V EV outlet installed in the garage. I sent out a few emails for a quote. Ermiya was very prompt with his response, asked good clarifying questions, and was competitive on pricing. He was very flexible in scheduling the day for the work. The total time installing the outlet was about a couple of hours which included cutting out a piece of drywall. Ermiya answered all my questions I had as well.
