Ray arrived when expected and was very friendly and professional. The plumbing in my home is from 1986. He explained what he was inspecting, what he saw that was good, ok but not up to current codes and items that could be a real problem. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions in real world language. He gave a complete estimate of costs, broken down to three price amounts depending on how much work was to be done. Ray was great to interact with.
Ray and Ethan were a pleasure. They were pleasant, helpful, open to suggestions and very knowledgeable. They were thoughtful about cleanliness, wore shoe covers and picked up behind themselves. Ray explained all the costs associated with my requests and did a review of the plumbing system in my house making a few recommendations. This is the second time I have used Lloyds and both times the service and attitude of the plumbers was top notch!
