Had a great experience with Elk Ridge Electric. Tyler did a great job putting up two ceiling fans and a fan switch. We had a little trouble with our new motion sensor lights but Jeff the owner was very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Elk Ridge Electric.
Jeff squeezed us in with very short notice and helped us restore power to part of our home. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Very professional company. Jeff and Tyler did a good job with some work i had them do. They even take there shoes off and pickup after themselves. They show up on time and great appearance. Called this morning about our kitchen lights, and the office was super responsive. They initially offered Wednesday, but quickly checked with the tech to see if he could come today. Shortly after, we got a text confirming he could come at 3:30. The tech, who was actually the owner, called before noon letting us know he wrapped up his previous job early and would be on his way. He arrived right on time, was in and out in about 20 minutes, and had the issue fixed quickly. Knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. Highly recommend!
