Wasn’t expecting them to contact me on the same day lol. I almost missed their call. My techs name was Ian. He was very knowledgeable and fast as hell. Def thought he’d be here all day with all these electrical issues I had, but he wasn’t. In and out in about 30 to 45 minutes. Now all my outlets work and my dishwasher now runs a full cycle. DLI contacted me quickly after my Home Depot purchase to set up installation at a reasonable price. I texted them as soon as my fan was delivered an tech arrived within a half hour. He did a great job on the installation. I received a followup call from David today to make i was happy with the installation and to ask if I would provide a review. I'm very pleased with the entire process. I would use DLI again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
