Blue Crest Electric was very professional and they met my high standards. What they do better than others: 1) They charge by scope of work so you know what you will pay no matter how long it takes. Others may charge an hourly rate but have a minimum charge like $200 (this doesn't work in your favor if the job is simple and takes less than 1 hour). I like the Blue Crest business model better and their hourly rate is competitive. 2) They get timely and accurate quotes to you so you know what you will be charged (no scope creep etc) 3) they communicate to you to tell you when the technician is scheduled and send a notification when they are on the way 4) you can always contact someone (ie. Christine was extremely helpful and efficient) 5) they were able to squeeze in an emergency and rearrange scheduling when my project had some conflicting schedules. I also made an error in judgement and had the electrician scheduled too early in the job and they still accommodated my request 6) they provided extra professional finishing (ie. cover plates, new switch plates) all without having to ask them. Nathan was fantastic! Very kind, honest and detail oriented. He ensured you were happy with the work checking in at the beginning, middle and end of the task. Making sure he understands what you need done, giving you options and walking you through all their certifications etc. That's what professionalism looks like. Definitely pleased with the quality, professionalism and the price (value). I highly recommend them for big and small jobs.

What an amazing experience. Blue Crest Electric gave top notch customer service we rarely see nowadays. The communication was great. After my first call, Doug came to our house for an estimate. He was here first thing in the morning and was friendly, professional, thorough and answered all my questions. I received the quote the same day by email. The following week, Doug, Nathan and Dexter came to our home to install a chandelier at a height of 26 feet on scaffolding. They also added a new 50 amp breaker and new wire to our cooktop. We were so pleased they were able to feed wire through attic, walls and crawl space. Other places told us they would need to cut 2 to 3 big holes into our newly painted walls to run the wire. Good thing I called Blue Crest Electric.

These guys have been prompt and professional every time. The whole process was very smooth. Doug conducted the initial quote in a timely manner. He was very insightful, explained the whole process and different terminology clearly. He communicated very clearly through email and the quote was detailed. We were getting pot lights throughout the house and there were some concerns about ripping up the drywall or the floor to make the wire runs, but Trevor and his team planned it very thoroughly and they were able to install them without any damage. They took every precaution to protect the counters and walls. The work was completed quickly and their multiple payment methods made it easy to settle accounts. A few weeks after the work was completed, one of the pot lights died, I emailed Doug and he sent a team the very next day to fix it. The admin team was very attentive on the phone, when they said they will get back to me, they did! It was a pleasure working with the Blue Crest team! Trevor, Colton, and Marcus were superstars and did amazing work. Highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs.
